Padme Amidala/Rex/Anakin Skywalker

This is my current OTP :) I love love love the close bond Rex and Anakin have, but I refuse to fridge/ignore Padme to make it happen - Anakin has two hands, dammit, and he Loves His Wife. This is the sort of ship that I can't see really growing into itself until after the war, in a No-Order 66 AU, or maybe in the quiet moments of downtime between campaigns. I adore how steady Rex is, like a rock, and really love exploring Anakin's unique and intense connection to the Force, especially in terms of how others see it from the outside in all aspects - platonically, romantically, sexually, you name it I want it. I don't really see Rex and Padme as super romantically involved, but I do think they would become close friends as their connection moves past just "kissing and fucking Anakin" lol. Gossiping over lunch, taking care of the twins together, that sort of thing. I also see them as both being happy to fuck Anakin together, as well as each other when he's around.

I'm happy with an approach of "Rex/Anakin with a side of mentioned Anakin/Padme", as well as a true V with all three of them actively part of the fic. Follow your heart!

Ideas

• Not Really Unrequited Love vibes: Rex suffering in silence as he pines for his superior, certain that his affection is unreciprocated. Except, surprise, it isn't! Maybe it takes Anakin until after the war, maybe it takes a long talk with Padme to realize it, but eventually he does.
• After the war or at least after Anakin and Rex and Padme all talk things out, Rex walks in on Anakin eating Padme out - Padme is happy to invite him in, and to walk him through sexual interactions with anatomy he hasn't seen in person before, with Anakin's enthusiastic help.
• Consider: Rex and Anakin fall into a situation in which some casual sex is a very clear conclusion, be it horny sparring or sexual comfort/stress relief after a battle or what. Rex is a little scared of how attracted he is to his General, and Anakin is scared of hurting Rex or not fighting their inherent power imbalance hard enough.
• I really love switchy, bottom leaning, and/or service top Anakin, Domme Padme when it suits her, and Rex as a top-leaning switch! All ideas about their sexual dynamics are equally lovely, but ths is what personally makes the ost sense to me given my take on both their individual characterizations and how they interact with each other. • If they get together before the end of the war, what are these three like when they have a few days of shore leave to spend together? Does Padme take them out anywhere or do they stay in? Do they watch movies, cuddle, talk about the least stressful things they can think of? What thoughts run through their heads, and what touches do they default to in this short space where they don't have to hold back? Do they fuck on every surface in Padme's apartment jus because they can and their libidos are through the roof after a long stretch of just masturbation? Do any of them cry during sex? How tender are they? Is Padme pregnant yet?

Faie/Quinlan Vos

Listen, fanon has already established that Quinlan hating clones just for being clones is weird and pointless, and has also established Quinlan/Fox being a very popular ship. So what about his canon Commander, Faie? A no-nonsense, get-it-done sort of man, more than ready to reel Quinlan in when his ideas get a little too wild. There are so many opportunities for slowly peeling away that hard outer shell on both sides of the relationship, chances for their bond to be cemented in blood and their shared care for the special ops team they lead... hnnngh.

• Force! Sensitive! Faie! Give me Faie having confusing and unclear visions every so often that he uses however he possibly can, terrified of discovery but slowly learning that Quinlan is actually a good guy.
• Distrust from the get-go that turns into a super solid and strong working relationship?? Sign me up. Let Faie slowly open up to this weird flirty Jedi over the months and years, as well as the other clones under their command (clones opening up to Quinlan and Faie, Faie opening up to clones, I'll take it all).
• I'm super into the idea of Faie following regulations to a tee from the neck up and on his hands/wrists, anywhere that would be visible in plastoid or officer's fatigues, keeping his hair perfectly within guidelines and stuff too... and then having complex and/or bold tattoos across a large percentange of his body where they'll be safely hidden.
• A hyperspecific smut prompt: Quinlan and Faie end up bunking together on Quinlan's personal ship. Maybe they've always done it like this, maybe this time is the first time, you tell me. Faie can't sleep, though, because he can either just barely hear or just barely see (or both) Quinlan jerking off in his own bunk and it's really getting to him, to the point where he's trying not to hump his own bed. Female Jedi from a highly fetishized species, meet respectful and highly competent clone who will go out of his way to avoid doing so at all costs. This is a super common ship within the fandom, but still a rarepair despite it being I believe Bly and Aayla's top ship. Just think: Bly is very attracted to this beautiful and skilled General, but knows enough about the galaxy to shove it DEEP deep down and ignore it for as long as he possibly can, not wanting Aayla to catch even a hint of it in the Force - she already deals with enough during the war as it is without adding her second-in-command lusting after her to the mix. But over time it grows from more than simple attraction and respect to actual yearning and longing, and it terrifies Bly but he can't really stop it from happening, only keep it locked down. So... what's the tipping point? What happens between them to finally bring this to light in a way that Aayla understands it to be respectful, understands just how hard he's been trying to avoid this for her sake?

Ideas

• Trapped together in a small space, maybe Bly gets hard and does everything he can to keep Aayla from finding out - but, of course, she finds out. He's mortified, doing everything he can to make sure it isn't because she's a female Twi'lek but because... well. He's maybe a little in love with her after getting to know her so well. Oops! This is an interesting one, I'll admit. For me the appeal here comes in the form of both Echo and Wrecker being disabled - Echo with his ports, cybernetics, etc., Wrecker with his eye and what must be a Traumatic Brain Injury on top of it just from looking at the scar. Wrecker is most likely the younger of the two, at least by a year if not more, and I feel like the two of them could really help each other via sharing information - Echo explaining things that Wrecker never sees in regards to the main GAR structure, Wrecker helping Echo through getting used to being disabled thanks to his own experience with that same struggle.

Ideas

• I hate the way canon makes Wrecker just a dumb brute, as it's both racist and completely unrealistic - why would a spec ops soldier be stupid?? So, while I want competent soldier Wrecker, I also welcome TBI symptoms, whichever ones you're drawn to. He can be both uwu
• Comfort cuddles and/or sex after a stressful mission or a nightmare or anything you can think up.
• Wrecker has never been able to Get Some because his overall size is too intimidating - Echo knows better, has seen how kind and gentle he can be, and wants to help him feel good.

• I would prefer a Dogma Lives AU but I won't complain about his fate just not being mentioned either, like it taking place earlier or something.

Ideas

• Dogma joining the Coruscant Guard instead of getting decommissioned is a semi-known headcanon among the fandom and I am definitely a fan of it!! I like the idea of him being secreted away, protected, given a second chance in a place where everyone knows all too well how Bad natborns can be but also fly under the radar very well due to generally being even more faceless than the normal ranks. Maybe he isn't even the first person who's been sent to the Guard isntead of suffering a worse fate ;u;
• Fox is... so so tired. But he cares about his vode so much, too, would probably do literally anything for them. So when a new one is sent to Coruscant with a false CT number, scared adn traumatized and guilty as all kark... I think Fox would take him under his wing, honestly, in whatever way he can with his own mental shit. So would Stone and Thorn and Thire probably, and either way feel free to include them or any other Corries (including OCs) you want!

Ideas

• Seriously though, Kix is so overworked by necessity and I feel like he would absolutely want to get that stress out via getting absolutely railed. Dick Grayson/Joseph Wilson

They're teammates! They're friends! Joey is queer! Canonically!!

Okay so Joey is canonically mute after getting kidnapped as a child (thanks, Dad) and uses ASL and an AAC device (in the 80s comics, at least) to communicate. Dick canonically knows ASL for his semi-verbal sister Cass. They're canonically both members of the Teen Titans in comics that were published before Cass existed, and definitely before she was adopted into the Wayne/Bat family. It doesn't take a huge leap to imagine that maybe, just maybe, Dick could have learned ASL for Joey and then gotten another chance to use it once he had a new, semi-verbal little sister.

Another potential point of connection: Joey was in a relationship with someone easily twice his age, David Isherwood, who said that nothing happened between them until he was 21 but also made sure to keep their relationship a secret from Joey's parents, and there's definitely some evidence that the "nothing happened until 21" thing wasn't true anyway, given a photo in the comics that shows how Very Close they were on his 21st birthday (I think literally kissing but my memory is like swiss cheese). Joey canonically has issues that stem from their relationship even after it ended. Meanwhile, Dick is canonically a SA survivor, and obviously deals with the repurcussions of that. They would both struggle with meaningful relationships, either romantically or sexually or both, and they both have a deep level of trust and respect for each other after working together for years as Nightwing and Jericho.

• I love nonbinary or GNC AMAB Joey with my whole entire heart. Give me Joey who uses he/him but doesn't consider himself a man, give me Joey who wears eyeliner and lipgloss and floral shirts and skinny jeans, give me Joey who loves being tall and wearing feminine things... Celebrimbor/Narvi

Ah, yes, Narvi, a character mentioned in about 6 sentences across the entire Tolkien legendarium who never appears on the page or the screen and has about 5 total sentences of canonical information. Lol. Lmao. When did that little to go off of ever stop a committed fan??

Most of fanon Narvi comes from Sansukh by determamfidd on AO3, a ~560k epic following Thorin after the Battle of Five Armies as he follows Gimli around as a ghost who can kinda-sorta talk to him. It's fun, funky, and in it Narvi is a very fiery, determined (and dead) black Dwarrowdam who was in both a professional and romantic relationship with Celebrimbor, as opposed to just the working relationship they have in canon. On top of that, I also headcanon her to be specifically a trans woman, because I love trans women and no one can stop me. You definitely don't need to write her as such, but I would absolutely love if you did!

Ideas

• I really like the fanon(?) Dwarvish version of Celebrimbor's name, Khelebrimbur, as well as the nickname Khel -u- it's cute and a sign of acceptance and care and respect and Yeah...
• In terms of Narvi, like all other transfem headcanons (when possible) I like her being on estrogen, or whatever the Middle Earth version might be, and having the common effects of it, especially in terms of breast tissue growth and penis changes! Please don't write her without body hair or a beard if you can, though, as I see those as traits all members of the species have, not just men.
